House Rules
All tenants including those stabling at the Estate must expect and respect the following house rules:
- No smoking whatsoever in any of the buildings.
- The water is borehole water and should not be used as drinking water.
- The property uses a septic tank, so nothing whatsoever should be flushed down the toilets except the toilet paper provided.
- Domestic animals such as dogs and cats roaming the site.
- Farm animals such as sheep, chickens, ducks etc. roaming the site.
- Equestrian lessons.
- Sports coaching such as cricket & rugby.
- Access to guests is limited to the Cottages and Cottage gardens only, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Hosts.

Milkwood Meadows Family Room Suite 1, is our biggest Suite.
1 King size bed, 2 single beds, lounge area as well as a balcony. The suite has an oversized shower room, with double basin, toilet and bidet. A small lounge area compliments the suite where the family can relax and play board games.
